We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of our online visitors. BSI does not sell your information. Except as set forth in this Policy or as specifically agreed to by you, we will not disclose any information we gather from you on our Site. We may share your personal information with our affiliates, with service providers as necessary to service your loan, or with select third parties who offer goods or services we think may be of interest to you in connection with a joint Marketing Agreement. From time to time, we may partner with other organizations or companies to provide co-sponsored or co-branded promotions, services or events and may share your personal information with our co-sponsor(s) and partners. BSI shares information with third-party firms such as accountants, auditors, investors, attorneys, and other financial institutions in connection with legal or contractual requirements related to the servicing of your loan. We also share information with the credit bureaus and affiliates in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act. BSI may contracts with service providers to perform functions on its behalf, such as, but not limited to, communicating news, delivering correspondence via e-mail and direct mail, processing payments, and providing other services and management functions related to the financial services provided by BSI, and to assist BSI with other marketing and support functions. These service providers and entities are contractually and legally required to protect your information and use it only as directed.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, personal information collected through the Site or Portal will not be shared or sold for marketing purposes. However, BSI may use third-party social media platforms, including third-party social media websites, to communicate with you. We also may share with third parties aggregated demographic and statistical information that is not personally identifiable.
BSI may disclose an individual's personal information:
to a person who in the reasonable judgment of BSI is seeking the information as an agent of the individual;

You may request that BSI delete your personal information, but there may not be an obligation on BSI’s part to do so. This is because your information may be subject to an exemption or exception to the provisions of the CCPA. Most of the information BSI retains as a mortgage loan servicer is necessary in order to appropriately service your loan.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT CREDIT REPORTING: We may report information about your account to credit bureaus. Late payments, missed payments, or other defaults on your account may be reflected in your credit report.
Security. We maintain physical safeguards, such as secure areas in buildings; electronic safeguards, such as passwords and encryption; and procedural safeguards, such as customer authentication procedures to protect against identity theft.
We aggressively work to protect its operating systems and electronic information by using anti-virus software, anti-spyware software, firewalls, and other defensive measures. Our systems automatically switch to “secure” mode when you are asked to enter personal information on this website (such as your loan number, account number, or social security number). To keep your data safe we use encryption and authentication technology, website design that blocks or limits online display of customer information when not necessary to the transaction, and ID’s and passwords to protect customer information. Before any account information will be displayed on our website, customers are required to log in and authenticate their identity.
Our employees are trained on security procedures and regular audits are performed to verify compliance with them. Also, access to information about you is restricted to authorized employees who must obtain that information for business purposes.
Unsolicited E-Mail. We do not send unsolicited e-mail messages or place pop-up advertisements that request personal borrower or depositor information such as your account number(s) or account password(s), your credit card number(s), or your Social Security number. If you receive an e-mail requesting personal information from someone claiming to be a representative of BSI Financial Services, and you did not originate the message, do not respond. Program Description. BSI and its service providers may use an automatic telephone dialing system ("autodialer") to deliver text messages to you. BSI text messages are intended to provide you with information about upcoming due dates and account status.
Message Frequency. The number of Company text messages that you receive will vary depending on the status of your account. You will receive a maximum of ten messages per month.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply to each text message sent or received in connection with BSI text messages, as provided in your mobile telephone service rate plan (please contact your mobile telephone carrier for pricing plans), in addition to any applicable roaming charges. Company does not impose a separate fee for sending Company text messages.
Supported Carriers. Supported carriers may change from time to time, but currently include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Nextel, Boost, Alltel, US Cellular, and Cellular One, among others.
How to Opt-In. To opt-in to receive text messages from BSI, please submit your mobile phone number when prompted within myloanweb and select “yes” to enroll or alternatively you can enroll by contacting BSI’s Business Purpose Loan Team at 888-485-7271.
How to Opt-Out. To stop receiving text messages from BSI’s text messaging program, text STOP in response to the last message received from the five digit short code for the text messaging program (i.e., the five digit number from which text messages are being sent). You will then receive confirmation of your opt-out of that text messaging program.
Your Mobile Telephone Number. You represent that you are the account holder for the mobile telephone number(s) that you provide. You are responsible for notifying BSI immediately if you change your mobile telephone number. You may notify BSI of a number change by updating your information within myloanweb or calling our customer care team to update your contact information. You agree to indemnify Company in full for all claims, expenses, and damages related to or caused in whole or in part by your failure to notify BSI if you change your telephone number, including, but not limited to, all claims, expenses, and damages related to or arising under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
Access or Delivery to Mobile Network is Not Guaranteed. Delivery of information and content to a mobile device may fail due to a variety of circumstances or conditions. You understand and acknowledge that network services, including but not limited to mobile network services, are outside of BSI’s control, and BSI is not responsible or liable for issues arising from them.

Changes to Terms and Conditions. BSI may revise, modify, or amend these SMS Terms and Conditions at any time. Any such revision, modification, or amendment shall take effect when it is posted to BSI’s website. You agree to review these SMS Terms and Conditions periodically to ensure that you are aware of any changes. Your continued consent to receive BSI text messages will indicate your acceptance of those changes.
Termination of Text Messaging. BSI may suspend or terminate your receipt of BSI text messages if BSI believes you are in breach of these SMS Terms and Conditions. Your receipt of BSI text messages is also subject to termination in the event that your mobile telephone service terminates or lapses. BSI reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, all or any part of BSI text messages, with or without notice.
