ENROLLING FOR ACCOUNT ACCESS

 

Before you can begin using our website to manage your Loan, you need to enroll for account access. Enrolling for account access is quick and easy, the steps are listed below.

To enroll for account access:

     Getting Started

o   Launch one of the required browsers

o   Navigate to our website by entering the address you were provided into the address bar

o   Click on the link labeled “Enroll for Account Access” located below the “Login” button

     Account Verification

o   Enter the Loan Number that you received from us

o   Enter the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number

o   Enter the Property Zip Code

o   Enter the Captcha Code displayed on the screen

o   Click the “Validate” button

     Profile Registration

o   Enter your desired User ID

o   Enter your First Name

o   Enter your Last Name

o   Enter a Password

o   Confirm the Password by entering it again

o   Enter an Email Address

o   Confirm the Email Address by entering it again

o Choose “Yes” or “No” for the Communication Consent via Email.

o Enter your cell phone number or leave the field blank.

o Choose “Yes” or “No” for the Communication Consent via cell phone. If you chose not to provide a cell phone number,

    please select the “No” option.

o   Select a Security Question by using the drop-down box

o   Provide an answer to the Security Question you have selected

o   Select an additional Security Question by using the drop-down box

o   Provide an answer to the additional Security Question you have selected

o   Read the Terms and Conditions

o   Agree\Disagree to the Terms and Conditions (You must agree to them in order to enroll)

o   Click the “Register” button

     Activation

o   Check your email for an email from NoReply@MyLoanWeb.com with a subject of “New User Activation”

o   If you do not receive the email within a few minutes, please review our Troubleshooting Email Issues section.

o   Click the link provided in the email to activate your account. If you have trouble clicking the activation link please review our Troubleshooting Email Issues section.

o   After clicking the activation link, you will be directed to our website. Congratulations! You have successfully enrolled for account access. You may now log into our website and view your loan by entering the User ID and password you selected while registering your account.

LOGGING ON

 

To login to our website, please ensure that you have already enrolled for account access. If you haven’t enrolled for account access, please do so by completing the steps listed above. When enrolling for an account, you are asked to select a User ID and a Password. To login, enter the User ID and password for your account on the homepage of our website.

RECOVERING YOUR USER ID

 

If you have forgot the User Id you registered your account with, it can be recovered by completing the steps listed below.

     Getting Started

o   Launch one of the required browsers

o   Navigate to our website by entering the address you were provided into the address bar

o   Click on the link labeled “UserName” in the phrase “Forgot UserName or Password?” listed on the homepage of our site.

     Entering Account Details

o   Enter the Loan Number of the account you wish to recover the User ID for

o   Enter the Email Address that this account is tied to - If you haven’t changed the Email Address, it will be the same one you provided at registration

o   Enter the Captcha Code displayed on the screen

o   Click the “Recover” button

     Recovery Email

o   Check your email for an email from NoReply@MyLoanWeb.com with a subject of “MyLoanWeb User ID”

o   If you do not receive the email within a few minutes, please review our Troubleshooting Email Issues section.

o   Congratulations! You have successfully recovered your User ID

RESETTING YOUR PASSWORD

 

If you have forgot the Password you registered your account with, it can be reset by completing the steps listed below.

     Getting Started

o   Launch one of the required browsers

o   Navigate to our website by entering the address you were provided into the address bar

o   Click on the link labeled “Password” in the phrase “Forgot UserName or Password?” listed on the homepage of our site.

     Entering Account Details

o   Enter the User ID of the account you wish to recover the Password for

o   Enter the Captcha Code displayed on the screen

o   Click the “Reset” button

     Answering Security Questions

o   You have two attempts at the first Security Question

o   Answer the Security Question that has been set up on your account – this is case sensitive

o   If you have successfully answered your first Security Question, please jump down to the Recovery Email section of this guide.

o   If you were unable to successfully answer your first Security Question after two attempts, you will have two attempts at your second Security Question

o   Answer the second Security Question that has been set up on your account – this is case sensitive

o   If you have successfully answered your second Security Question, please jump down to the Recovery Email section of this guide.

o   If you were unable to successfully answer your second Security Question after two attempts, your account will be locked. You must call our Customer Care department to have this lock removed. Additionally, you can ask that they reset your password for you.

     Recovery Email

o   Check your email for an email from NoReply@MyLoanWeb.com with a subject of “MyLoanWeb Password Reset Link”

o   If you do not receive the email within a few minutes, please review our Troubleshooting Email Issues section.

o   Click the link provided in the email to reset the password on your account. If you have trouble clicking the link to reset your password, please review our Troubleshooting Email Issues section.

     Resetting Your Password

o   Enter a New Password for your account

o   Confirm the New Password by entering it in again

o   Click the “Change” button

o   Congratulations! You have successfully reset the password for your account.

 

TROUBLESHOOTING EMAIL ISSUES

 

If you aren’t receiving emails from MyLoanWeb or you are having trouble clicking on the links that are provided in the emails, you have come to the right spot. There are a number of factors at play here, but we have listed a quick troubleshooting guide below to help you resolve these issues.

     If You Aren’t Receiving Emails

o   Confirm that you are checking the email address you registered your account with

o   Refresh your email by selecting the refresh button or by logging out and then logging back in

o   Make sure your inbox isn’t full

o   Try using the search feature to locate these emails by searching for MyLoanWeb 

o   Check your junk and spam folders for emails from MyLoanWeb

o   If you have configured any spam detection products on your email, please check that they haven’t deleted\routed the emails elsewhere

o   If you are still having issues, please contact our Customer Care team for assistance

     If You Are Receiving Emails, But The Links Aren’t Clickable

o   If the email isn’t in your inbox, please move it there

o   While the email is open, do you see a link labeled, “Mark as Safe”? If so, please click it to enable the hyperlink

o   Check that there aren’t any security settings configured on the account that would disable hyperlinks

o   If the above steps haven’t resolved your issue, right click on the link and select, “Copy Hyperlink”. After the link has been copied, right click in the address bar of your web browser and select paste, then hit enter.

o   If you don’t see an option to copy the hyperlink. Try highlighting the text by putting your cursor to the left of it, then click and drag your mouse over the entire link. Once the entire link is highlighted, let go of the left mouse button and click with the right mouse button. Select the copy option and then right click on the address bar in your web browser. Select the paste option and hit enter on your keyboard.
